The accommodation was excellent and nice really close to shops and restaurants, several supermarkets and the airport. Perfect location close to everything, liked it. All made for a very very good stay on holidays.

Everything here felt very easy, it was a really good stay of our holidays. Apartment's location was magnificent and incredible just off the Dorotea Apartments over the holidays for twelve nights, the shopping centres, and airport, palmitos park, faro de maspalomas in the other direction: )

Welcoming accommodation with views of the sea, appreciated it. Our location was perfect and convenient, down the pub I have n't seen in a while.

The property is clean, rooms are extremely spacious and huge. It has exceptionally comfortable bed in its bedroom, that btw is spacious. There's views of the sea. English breakfast offers a huge variety of different meals. Staff is kind and welcoming. The venue has great and brilliant setting to the Yumbo shopping centre.

It was unbeatable and convenient to catch the bus to the airport from. We thoroughly enjoyed efficient and excellant stuff and their attitude. We could enjoy views of the sea.

We recently stayed at these apartments and had a great experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk down the beach from the hotel. It was also conveniently close to a supermarket, making it easy to grab any necessities. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, always helpful and friendly. Additionally, the pool was a nice feature, perfect for relaxing in the sun.

We did notice that there was no air conditioning in the apartments, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times.

Great value for the money. Quiet area close to the supermarked, beach and restaurants. The staff did Everything to make our stay great ;-) We hade a late plane, and were able to keep the room till we left in the afternoon. That may not be possible in the peak-season, but for us now in the low-season, it gave us one more day by the poole. Thank you everyone for helping to make our holiday great!

The unpredictability when the maids came to do our rooms, and changing towels, since they were not supposed to come /change every day. We were privileged to have more frequent visits, but traveling with children and the mess they can make all over the place, it would be nice for everyone if we could put away some of the mess before they arrived. We also learnt that in southern Europe people are used to hard beds. We up north are not, so they were way too hard for us. An idea to get an extra soft on top...?

Exactly what we needed. Reasonably priced, great location near the bars and beach, good pool, and perfect sized rooms.

Great apartments! The rooms were spacious and had air conditioning in both the lounge and bedrooms. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities and the bathroom had a good-sized walk-in shower. The pool was fantastic, with plenty of sunbeds and bed pads provided by the hotel. The location was perfect, with both the Yumbo Centre and Kasbah just a short 5-10 minute walk away.

The furniture in the rooms was a bit dated and the lighting was poor. The balcony was also small for four people, with limited space to sit outside.

Centrally located close to restaurants & nightlife at the nearby Yumbo Centre and within easy walking distance of the beach at Playa del Ingles. We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor, very spacious with views and good kitchen facilities. Added bonus for us was free WiFi available on the top floor, had to be close to balcony to get it but our sons very pleased to have access to it. No problems also with sun loungers, no need for early morning starts to lay the towels down, available all day long. We thought the apartments were really good value for money, just £400 for a 10 day stay during half term & would thoroughly recommend these apartments.

Only one small gripe was the cost of the safety deposit box, 35euros with a returnable 10euro deposit, used to paying about 15euros all in, would have also been nice also to have had a table tennis table on site, the only leisure activity is a pool table...these minor gripes aside a great place to stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The location was excellent, with easy access to supermarkets and a short stroll to the beach/promenade.- One advantage I enjoyed was the comfortable and spacious living area in the apartment.

The air conditioning in the apartment was ineffective, even after leaving it on for hours, which made it uncomfortable during the hot weather. The pool area had damaged flooring, which posed a safety hazard for children.

Good price for normal apartment.

Closeness to beach, cleanliness of rooms, value for money

Friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean apartments, great pool area with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool bar is a highlight, with a fantastic host and delicious drinks. The apartments are conveniently located near the beach, bars, restaurants, and a supermarket. The WiFi is sufficient for basic needs. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and great amenities.
